What countries do you ship to?

BellaBello Ship Worldwide.

 

How much is Shipping?

Shipping fees vary and are dependent on the total weight of your order and destination. Shipping fees are confirmed at checkout.

 

I didn't get my package. What do I do?

Once your order is packed and ready for dispatch, you will receive an email from BellaBello with your estimated date of arrival and tracking number. We ask that you please allow a further 24 hours for receipt of your order. This is a result of logistical delays and/or customs clearance. In every case, you can contact the logistics company directly for an update on the status of your delivery or you can contact BellaBello customer service. We will employ best endeavours to track your order as soon as possible. 

 

What if I enter the incorrect shipping address?
We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.  Entering a complete and accurate address is vital for prompt delivery. Incomplete or incorrect addresses will lead to delayed delivery of your package. If an item is returned to BellaBello due to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address, the Customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item. However, if a package is delivered incorrectly because of an incomplete or incorrect shipping address, the order is seen as delivered because it has been delivered to the shipping address provided to us during checkout, and it is not returned to us at BellaBello.

 

How quickly will I get my order?

Orders placed before 14:00 on a working day are dispatched same day and will be shipped via Royal Mail (UK only) or DHL UK and Worldwide).  A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as dispatch is actioned.

Please note however that handmade fabrics are made to order and have a standard production 


However, we can assure you that the delay is not from us. We dispatch items within 4 business days. The delay may be due to one of these other reasons:

  • During the Christmas holiday season, there may be a delay in delivery estimates due to the global postal service overload.
  • With the current COVID-19 pandemic, there have been some delays in shipping due to COVID-19.
  • Shipments may also be subject to delays due to customs clearance procedures in your country.


What is your return policy?

All items sold by the piece can be returned and must be returned in original condition, unwashed and unused. The customer is responsible for the shipping fees for exchanges, unless a shipping mistake was made by BellaBello. 

Handmade items and made to order items are non-returnable. 

Jewellery Items and Gift Cards are also non-returnable. 

Sale Items are sold as seen and are non-returnable.


I have a problem with my order. What do I do?

If there is a problem with your order, please email us at info@bellabello.store, within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Be sure to include your name, order number, tracking number, which item there is an issue with, and a detailed description of the problem. Please endeavour to include photos where possible.

Please note that photos will be needed if items are damaged.
